  • Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet, and I'm currently accepting clients from anywhere in the U.S.
    If you're located in the Colorado Springs or Monument, CO area, in-person sessions are available upon request.

  • Yes! Partners are not only welcome, but encouraged to join.
    Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) relies on open communication and shared responsibility, making it different from many other birth control methods. Involving both partners can lead to better understanding, teamwork, and long-term success.

  • Fertility awareness is NOT the same as the “rhythm method” or “calendar method”. These calendar-based approaches predict your fertile window based your previous cycle. In contrast, FAM relies on real-time observations to determine when you're fertile. This is because, contrary to popular belief, ovulation doesn't occur on the same day every cycle—it can vary from month to month.
