My fertility journey began in 2017 when I lost my menstrual cycle due to an eating disorder.

MY STORY

Like many women, I was prescribed the pill to “regulate” things—but it only masked the symptoms and made things worse. Just six months later, I stopped hormonal birth control and began the long, prayerful process of healing: restoring my relationship with food, reducing stress, and supporting my body with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

When I met Jesus, everything changed.

Around that same time, I began following Jesus—and experienced the deep redemption only He can bring. I prayed for years for my cycle to return, and in the fall of 2021, it finally did.

Then I met my (now) husband, and we began exploring birth control options throughout our engagement season.

I knew I didn’t want to disrupt ovulation again, and that’s when we discovered the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM).

Though skeptical at first, after lots of research, prayer, and conversations with friends who were already using FAM, we felt confident and at peace moving forward with this approach.

My experience using FAM stretched far beyond healing and brought lasting, life-changing freedom.

I was amazed at how intentionally God designed our bodies- how simply observing hormonal biomarkers could give us clarity and confidence in avoiding pregnancy until we felt called to grow our family.

Once I realized how few women even knew this was an option, I knew I had to share it.

MY STORY

 In 2024, Fertility Freedom was born.

I became a certified instructor through FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) and launched Fertility Freedom Coaching & Education to help women reclaim their health, make informed choices, and walk in the freedom that comes from understanding their bodies were purposefully and wonderfully made.
